Embracing the Journey: Walking in Faith and Fulfilling God's Plan
Introduction:
It's been a long time coming. Have you ever found yourself trapped in your own thoughts, hesitant to start something new or embark on a different path? The feeling of daunting ambition and the fear of the seemingly impossible can hold us back. I can relate, and I want to share my story with you.
Discovering Divine Guidance:
Over five years ago, an extraordinary moment occurred. God's voice resounded within me, a whisper distinct from my own thoughts. It was a pivotal experience that left no room for doubt or disbelief.
Awakening to Purpose:
Yahweh captured my heart, and the teachings of Yeshua (Jesus) resonated deeply. The call to become His disciple and "die to yourself" initially puzzled me. However, through immersing myself in His word and guidance from the Holy Spirit, I realized that being a Christian doesn't mean forsaking who you are but rather surrendering your desires, passions, and aspirations to be reconstructed by the hands of our Messiah Jesus Christ.
The Journey Unfolds:
Moving forward, I embarked on a new chapter of my life through marriage. God revealed to me that my loves—photography, videography, acting, modeling, singing, and writing—were not to be abandoned but rather honed through learning and growth.
Divine Inspiration Takes Shape:
One summer day, as I sought God's guidance, He presented me with an unmistakable message. He revealed an array of remarkable topics to write about in a future blog, as well as ways to employ my talents in photography, videography, and music to bring glory to His name. Thus, Walk Like A Christian was born.
Walking the Path of Faith:
While I personally prefer the term "Follower of the Way," I use the word "Christian" to connect with a wider audience—those who seek to follow, know, and grow in communion with Yahweh, the God of the Hebrew Bible, and fellow members of His holy Church. My aim is to share God's truth with love and grace, reawakening those who may have forgotten that Yeshua Messiah (Matthew 23:8) is our ultimate teacher and leader. He lived a pure and holy life in accordance with the Scriptures, fulfilling them entirely. Through His sacrificial death on Passover as the unblemished lamb, He became the atonement for our sins. His body was broken, and His blood poured out for all who wish to be saved by His boundless love, grace, and mercy. And just as Yeshua rose to heaven on the third day, those who believe will also rise to eternal life with the Father.
Conclusion:
In this blog, I aspire to inspire, encourage, and illuminate the path of faith. Let us embark on this journey together, embracing God's plan for our lives, and discovering the joy and fulfillment that come from walking in His footsteps.
